Education and training will have many forms throughout the day and life. Our communication tools and especially those of mobility will be the privileged vectors. We'll go together to a “real world increased”, where virtual complements of knowledge will accompany and illustrate the various services that we know on our territory. Many public spaces will be spaces of innovation gathering users and citizens along with the economic actors and researchers, are doing all “Mediators of knowledge” through the expression of their respective needs. In addition, ECONOMICS OF INNOVATION AND KNOWLEDGE that is taking place will be based on the territory identity, its culture, language, history, gastronomy, biodiversity, environmental value ... In sum, on knowledge contained in the territory and developed by the inhabitants of that territory; scientific research, development and technological innovation. All this introduces an important economic and societal breaking. And that imposes the installation of new forms of "management" for new formsof co-innovation. The different players in these territories are therefore facing multiple social and psychological difficulties. Tomorrow's jobs will to develop therefore on all these fields. The Knowledge is an economic value in the original sense of the word where the training and the creation of new jobs linked to the Internet to go through theimplementation of mechanisms appropriate to the complexity of the model and the linguistic and cultural diversity.

«Knowledge is the power»,
Francis Bacon, Meditationes Sacrae (1597)
The place of knowledge, science and technology in the context of the current crisis gives rise today to an intense reflexion (thought) within the economic field. The economy of knowledge trying in fact to overcome the major concern of economists for material goods and focus the attention on intangibles elements that have to do with the production of knowledge, science, technical skills and also "human capital". Their integration into our instruments of economic measures is not obvious, as shown by the recent debate in which I participated last week at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg. Our colleague from OECD insist certainly on this issue in his presentation.
It is in fact the real issue for our foundation concerning the jobs of the Internet today and especially tomorrow. It is basically also and especially the reason for being of our presence in the PIN program and in the militancy that we shown for it through our actions of dissemination in the cultural and linguistic horizons the most diverse.
In fact, these jobs gather the major parties of issues at work in the genesis of a society based on knowledge. They are also in contact with sites that are ours and the tools we use, like all of you. I limit myself here to some examples.
This is the domain of web TV we often use - yet last night for what is largely devoted to the issue of PIN- and that make appeal to many knowledge little taught and still poorly identified. François Caron- who has created in partnership with the Foundation a "living laboratory" dedicated to these new media- will develop particularly this point this afternoon, when it is to creating a true online observatory and especially when new media intersect the really innovative uses of e-learning. Hafid Ramdany will show it to us also through the concrete example of our site.
It is also the domain of social networks and community management and Andrew Dan who is one of the best experts today will show us here again the two facets which concern us most: jobs mobilized on the one hand and the potential use of these tools by all of us in the context of the dissemination of the project on the other hand.
I do not want to be longer, we have many analyses to be exchanged. I do not doubt in any case that this day will be fully successful.
