Which is the economic and international forum on the contribution of information technologies to sustainable development (TIC 21), will take place in Valenciennes on 28th and 29th March 2006.

The principal topics that are to be dealt with in 2006 :
* The ICTs in the fight against climate changes.
* Informing citizens and inciting them to participate in public decisions. Access to education, culture, health (objectives of the UN Millenium Development Goals)
* The International situation (European policies, follow-up to the World Summits in Tunis and Geneva).
* Environmental, social and sanitary impacts, new responsibilities
