One-day conference within
EVA '97 Brussels (Electronic Imaging and the Visual Arts) is being held in association
with EITC 97. The conference, to which all EITC 97 delegates registered for 26
November have access, will cover:
- international cooperation in ICT R&D in the visual and performing arts;
- culture and electronic commerce;
- the role of culture in the Fifth Framework programme;
- emerging technologies and the cultural sector;
- electronic cultural services for citizens: the cultural information society;
- quality issues;
- EC cultural systems projects.
Chaired by James Hemsley of Vasari Enterprises, EVA 97 will include presentations
